This talk is focused on the important role capability plays in building competitive advantage for a firm and how mapping this capability can identify critical gaps on one hand and strategic opportunities on the other. We explore the role of different types of capabilities including people/workforce, brands, assets, etc. and how managing these capabilities to drive future competitive advantage is critical to success.
